I know I said this over at flickr but I have to say again that I love this shot. Also, is that the natural light in your bedroom in the morning? Because if so, I'm jealous. We barely get ANY in ours because we're so close to the house next door :(
That is the natural light, but on the tripod with a long exposure - you'll have to check the details in Flickr because I can't remember how long right now. The light up there is pretty awesome when we open the shades all the way, though, which is pretty rare.
