It is near impossible for me to find boots that fit over my calves (yes, I know all about "wide calf width" boots - they don't fit my calves either), but in the past few years I've found a couple of pairs at Target that do. Why is it so difficult? I know a million other women with this same problem, yet there doesn't seem to be an easy/inexpensive solution.
